Dual Professional Identities Vocational Teachers Resilience
This study examines vocational teachers' "Dual Professional Identities" (Instructional & Occupational) in China's "Dual Model" system, developing a 36-item, four-dimension scale. Findings indicate both identities positively affect Resilience; Entry routes negatively influence Instructional Identity, which mediates between Entry and Resilience. Education level shows no significant impact. The study supports China's "dual-qualified" teacher strategy and offers insights for vocational education improvement.
